Kernel::Config::Defaults - Base class for the ConfigObject.
This class implements several internal functions that are used internally in Kernel::Config. The two externally used functions are documented as part of Kernel::Config, even though they are actually implemented here.
loads the default values of settings that are required to run OTRS even when it was not fully configured yet.
